Sally Kent

Sally Kent is a contemporary ceramicist based in Melbourne. She is renowned for her hand-built porcelain sculptures that explore the fragility of nature and the human body. Her work often incorporates archetypal symbols and themes of birth, death, and renewal, aiming to reveal our unseen spiritual and emotional internal worlds. Kent's pieces have been exhibited widely, including at the National Gallery of Victoria's Art of Bloom, and she has been recognized as a finalist in the Victorian Craft Awards and the Ravenswood Women’s Art Prize.
